Paid automatically after the job
No invoice to raise, no statement to reconcile, nothing to chase. The customer pays Hire A Bus when they book. After the trip has run we send your share to your bank, on the schedule you choose. Your payouts screen tells you the date for each one.
The fee comes out of your price
Set the number you want for the job. Our 10% comes out of it and the rest is yours, with the full breakdown on your payouts screen for every job. Card processing costs are ours, not yours, and your share of the price is the same either way.
Paid when a customer cancels late
A cancellation inside the notice period still pays you. The amount follows the published policy, and it reaches you the same way a completed job does.
Choose how often you are paid
One payment every Wednesday covering the week behind you, with nothing deducted — or a payment per job as each one settles, for our charge of 0.25% of the payout, capped at £2. Switch whenever you like.

Save your prices for the routes you run often. They feed the estimate a customer sees before you have even opened the job, so the work that reaches you is work priced like yours.
